some of you might remember when i mentioned how i wanted to change up the blog a bit. i feel like i am not living up to my “peace, love, & crafts” title….considering i don’t remember the last time i did a craft on here. haha. i want a new look…and also a new name, which i have finally come up with!! that took the longest time. i’m excited to share it with y’all soon. i want to get the new design set up first. sooo hopefully that won’t take too long. i’m going to simplify and do bigger photos! everyone loves big photos. ;) my URL won’t change (since it’s my name) so that’s nice. y’all won’t have to change anything either.

back at home my mom took miss P and i to a little petting zoo called the gentle zoo. super cute and tiny place. it was a perfect size for us to enjoy the whole thing…from feeding/petting different animals to a tractor ride and a big sand box. P was scared of the turtles. lol. the big white bunny was her fav. and at times she preferred to play with the toys instead of petting the animals. ;)

watching: i decided to give “how i met your mother” a shot. it actually took me quite a few episodes to finally get into it, but i didn’t give up. gotta love netflix ;) i was laughing so hard last night that i had tears.

thinking about: how much time i have had to spend at the car place to get my car serviced. (3 times in 2 weeks = 12 hours total) it’s pretty ridiculous. i won’t go in details but i am not too happy with this place. thank goodness it was all under warranty and i didn’t have to pay them anything.

loving: my sweet little family. and how the mister is working extra hard for us. i am very blessed.

anticipating: the little road trip miss P and i will be taking soon to visit my family. soooooooo excited.

listening to: P say mommy over and over again in her super cute high pitched voice. apparently she doesn’t like mama so mommy it is. :)

eating: i drove past a chipotle on the way home from the car place so clearly i had to stop. i haven’t had chipotle in forrrever. it was delish.

feeling thankful for: sweet friends who will come over last minute to watch miss P and play with her all day….and send me sweet pics like the one above!

so do y’all ever have those days where you don’t finish everything on your to-do list?? yea…i’ve been having those days every day for quite some time now. it’s getting old. ha. it’s not that my list is overwhelming either. it’s just i simply don’t have the energy for those every day things. like laundry. thankfully the mister helped me “as a mother’s day gift” with all the 4 loads that were so nicely piled around our room. SO glad that is over with.

i’ll tell you what i have accomplished though (keeping positive right?). ;) i have caught up on all my shows and have slept throughout the nights (and during the days with miss P) like it’s my job. i used to only need 6ish hours of sleep and i’d be golden. but now…i’m pretty sure i sleep 10 hours every night. i’m not sure if i should be proud of that, but at least i’m doing what my body is telling me. ;)

i think i need to take another approach to my daily to-do list and just be happy that i get at least one thing done on it! i already did my one thing today so we’re doing good so far! so here’s to more productive days! hope y’alls are more productive than mine. :)
