penelope: she LOVES to be crafty. i love that. it’s great mama/daughter bonding.
ruby: she is usually found on my hip but every now and then she’s happy on her own. ;)

penelope: i think it’s funny when people think i keep her hair short on purpose. ummm…she’s never had a haircut and probably won’t until she’s 10. lol (ps….i’m loving her little rat tail she has going on…haha. it’s so long. and no i won’t cut it). ;)
ruby: she’s been eating solid foods now and LOVES sweet potatoes and apples. oh and she’s such a messy eater!

ruby: she had her first solid food the other day! such a big girl.

**clearly i have been slacking on the 52 project. oops! so instead of stressing over catching back up and posting several photos (that i didn’t take during those weeks) i am just going to say i am caught up. ;) you know you need to work on keeping up with your blog when you have a dear friend of yours who lives in another continent (love you clover!) email you asking if you are okay because she hasn’t seen any new posts lately. ha. thank you for calling me out! i plan on taking action. i miss taking photos of my girls and showing them off to y’all. ;)
