last minute getaways are pretty much the best. some friends of ours planned a nice, relaxing labor day weekend that we were thankful to be a part of. the place we stayed in used to be a chapel. it was super cute inside. lots of quality time spent together with our little families. P loves hanging out with other kiddos. super cute. had a great time relaxing, eating good food, and walking the town square. i even got P a cute vintage afghan! i really wanted to buy everything in this one vintage store, but my excuse was that there was no room in the car (and that it was a little pricey) ;) it was such a lovely weekend (i won’t mention in this post about the wild fires…booo!) **also, i think i need to work on taking more pics of other things/people. i have a million pics of P and a handful of everyone else. hahhaa. oops. ;)
